Product Care: 

Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium; Do not iron ; Do not dryclean

Order Policy: Once your order is placed it’s sent to fulfillment and we are unable to process a cancellation. 

Packaging Policy:  Some garments are professionally folded and carefully inserted into self sealing poly mailers with UV protective coating inside. Large orders are packaged in a corrugated box. Others are shipped in self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments. If the order is more than 5 items everything is shipped in cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.

Shipping Policy: All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, most orders will ship within 3-5 business days if you live in the US. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail. Orders may ship in 1 or 2 shipments. 

Express Shipping - Express orders will ship within 24 business hours via USPS Priority Mail if you live in the US. Transit time is 1-3 days.

Incorrect Shipping Policy:  We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Return Policy - All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your order receipt including name and order number so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a refund or store credit for the amount paid for the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited. If you send your package outside of the 7 day window, we reserve the right to reject your return. All Clearance and last call items are final sale and not eligible for return. You may receive a replacement item or a store credit if replacement item is defective or damaged. Proof of damage/defect will be required.

Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products.
